LogoUpdate Request Guidelines

Review our CableApps Logo
Database to see if the logos
you require are currently in our
database. For logos that are in the Logo Database, all you need to do is let us know
which ones you need.

For required logos that are not in the Logo
Database you can supply us with the logo artwork. If it is not readily
available to you we can obtain the artwork. To get logos from a local
channel you just need to ask them for a soft copy of artwork for their
stations. Your carrier agreement should give you proper authorization to
use the logo.

The artwork should be appropriately constructed for viewing at a
very small size. For both MSO and Service/Channel logos the artwork must be
24-bit color depth, and in any graphics standard format such as giff, tiff, png,
psd, mix, bmp, etc.* MSO logo dimensions are a maximum width by height of 54 x 37
pixels, meanwhile the Service/Channel logos are 25 x 25 pixels.

your artwork is in a different format, please contact us as
we
may be able to manipulate other formats.

E-mail us a list of the logos
needed, along with artwork you have for any logos that are not in the Logo
Database. Also indicate which logos you would like us to obtain artwork for.
We will then provide a customized quote to you within two business days. Please e-mail the list of logos needed, artwork, and contact
information to: Steve Nissen snissen@cableapps.com.

As soon as we have a P.O. Number,
or formal approval of the quote from you, we will begin work on the logos.
Approximate turnaround time is one to two days for logos from our Logo Database, and
one to two weeks for logos to be created from artwork. *
* If we are unable to obtain artwork from the local channel in the
expected timeframe, we will contact you to provide a revised turnaround
time estimate. |
